Mount Carmel Health Partners is a Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) composed of over 3,000 primary care, specialty physicians and advanced practice providers dedicated to improving patient care and clinical outcomes in central Ohio.

The mission of Mount Carmel Health Partners is to venture collaboratively with our providers to offer high-quality, cost-effective, coordinated, and innovative patient care in all health care settings and to be the premier health care provider network in central Ohio.

Mount Carmel Health Partners will utilize the expertise and knowledge of our providers to develop innovative methods to continuously improve the quality and reduce the cost of health care in the central Ohio community.
