2017 Vendor/Payor Fair - Vendor/Payor Registration - June 1, 2017

Summer 2017 Vendor/Payor Fair

Vendors include businesses that participate in the Mount Carmel Health Partners discounted services program, payors include representatives from managed care plans in central Ohio and Mount Carmel Health Partners.

Cost & Sponsorship Opportunities:

  • Standard - Includes acknowledgement of participation and standard table at the fair at no charge (fee included in annual vendor membership)
  • Gold - Includes acknowledgement as a Gold sponsor at the welcome table and throughout the fair and a premium table location. Fee $250.

The Siegel Center will be available to you at 10:00 am on the day of the event. We are asking that each vendor/payor provide a door prize. All prizes will be awarded at the conclusion of the fair.
