CMS Physician Practice Contact Updates
Based on Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations, Mount Carmel Health Partners is required to contact our physician network providers on a quarterly basis to obtain any updates or changes to the practice’s ability to accept new patients, changes to address, phone number or any other changes that affect patient access to the practice. The new regulations also require physicians to review and verify practice information by filling out the CAQH ProView, the State of Ohio-mandated credentialing form from the Ohio Department of Insurance.
